These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SplitBlink – Expense Splitter & Group Finance Manager mobile application (the “Application”), developed and maintained by HUBRION LIMITED (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before use.
You can read these Terms without signing in. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
2. Description of the Application
SplitBlink is an expense sharing and group finance management application designed to help users split expenses, track balances, manage shared payments, and settle debts efficiently. Key features include:
- Create and manage shared expense groups
- Split bills equally, unequally, by percentage, or custom amounts
- Track balances and settlements between group members
- Real-time expense updates and notifications
- Multi-currency expense support
- Expense history and activity tracking
- Smart reminders for pending settlements
- Analytics and spending insights
- Secure cloud synchronization across devices
3. Subscriptions & in-app purchases
The Application may offer subscription and purchase plans for premium features.
Subscription features may include
- Unlimited groups and expenses
- Advanced analytics and reports
- Cloud backup and sync
- Premium themes and customization
- Priority customer support
Auto-renewal
- Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple ID or Google Play account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and/or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment terms. The Service Provider does not directly handle billing or payment card information.
4. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, logos, source code, graphics, and features within the Application are the exclusive property of HUBRION LIMITED and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Application
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code
- Translate the Application into other languages without permission
- Create derivative works based on the Application
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and account credentials
- All activities performed through your account
- Ensuring expense information shared within groups is accurate
- Complying with all applicable laws when using the Application
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security features and cause the Application to malfunction.
6. Expense sharing & settlements
SplitBlink is intended as a personal finance and expense tracking tool only.
The Service Provider does not:
- Guarantee that users will repay shared expenses
- Act as a financial institution or payment processor
- Mediate disputes between users regarding payments or settlements
Users are solely responsible for verifying and managing their own financial agreements and transactions.
7. Notifications & reminders
The Application may use push notifications and reminders to alert users about expenses, settlements, and group activity.
You may need to grant notification permissions for these features to function properly. The Service Provider is not responsible for missed reminders or notifications due to disabled permissions, connectivity issues, device settings, or system limitations.
8. Internet connectivity
Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data), including synchronization and shared expense updates.
The Service Provider is not responsible for:
- Features not functioning properly due to lack of internet access
- Data charges incurred from your mobile network provider
- Roaming charges when using the Application outside your home region
9. Third-party services
The Application may use third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, notifications, authentication, subscriptions, and operational functions.
These services may include:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics
- RevenueCat
- OneSignal
- Amplitude
- Sentry
These services have their own terms and privacy policies. The Service Provider is not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that:
- The Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Expense calculations or balance tracking will always be error-free
- All notifications or reminders will be delivered accurately at all times
- The Application will be compatible with all devices or operating systems
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to:
- Financial disputes between users
- Incorrect expense entries
- Missed settlements or reminders
- Data loss or synchronization issues
- Service interruptions
12. Updates & termination
The Service Provider reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend access to the Application if you violate these Terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
We encourage you to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Privacy policy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Terms of use (Apple standard EULA)
This Application is distributed via the Apple App Store under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You can review that agreement at:

These Terms supplement and do not replace your agreement with Apple regarding use of the Application obtained through the App Store, to the extent applicable.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from your use of the Application will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates.
