This Privacy Policy describes how <strong>Hubrion</strong> ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects
information when you use the <strong>Yoga Mate</strong> mobile application ("App") on iOS and other platforms.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

<h2>1. Information We Collect</h2>
<p>We designed Yoga Mate to store most of your information locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Wellness profile information:</strong> height, weight, age range, gender, and calculated BMI that you enter during onboarding.</li>
<li><strong>App preferences:</strong> notification settings, onboarding completion status, and similar in-app preferences.</li>
<li><strong>Scheduled sessions:</strong> yoga session titles, dates, times, and related calendar data you save in the App.</li>
<li><strong>Asana AI usage data:</strong> your wellness-related questions, AI responses, and chat history stored on your device. When you use Asana AI, your question text is sent to our AI service provider to generate a response.</li>
<li><strong>Device and technical data:</strong> basic technical information needed for the App to function, such as app version, device type, operating system, and general usage needed for troubleshooting and service delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p>We do <strong>not</strong> knowingly collect precise location data, photos, camera data, contacts, or payment card information through the App.</p>
<h2>2. How We Use Your Information</h2>
<p>We use the information described above to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide yoga routines, BMI insights, and personalized wellness guidance.</li>
<li>Save and display your scheduled yoga sessions and reminders.</li>
<li>Power the Asana AI feature and return relevant yoga and wellness answers.</li>
<li>Send local notifications and calendar reminders you choose to enable.</li>
<li>Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.</li>
<li>Respond to support requests and legal obligations.</li>
</ul>
<h2>3. Information Stored on Your Device</h2>
<p>
Most personal information, including BMI details, preferences, saved sessions, and Asana AI chat history,
is stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage and local database technologies.
You can remove much of this data by deleting saved sessions in the App or uninstalling the App.

<h2>4. Information Shared with Third Parties</h2>
<p>We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information only in the following cases:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>AI service providers:</strong> when you submit a question to Asana AI, the text of your question is transmitted to our third-party AI backend to generate a response.</li>
<li><strong>Service providers:</strong> trusted vendors that help us operate, maintain, or support the App, subject to confidentiality obligations.</li>
<li><strong>Apple and platform services:</strong> when you use system features such as calendar integration, notifications, or in-app review prompts, those features are governed by Apple’s policies and your device settings.</li>
<li><strong>Legal requirements:</strong> when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.</li>
</ul>
<h2>5. Device Permissions</h2>
<p>The App may request the following permissions:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Calendar access:</strong> to add your scheduled yoga sessions to your device calendar, only if you choose to use that feature.</li>
<li><strong>Notifications:</strong> to send session reminders and wellness alerts, only if you enable notifications.</li>
</ul>
<p>You can change or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.</p>
<h2>6. Third-Party Services</h2>
<p>The App may use third-party services that have their own privacy practices, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>AI processing services used by Asana AI</li>
<li>Google Fonts for typography</li>
<li>Apple system services for calendar, notifications, and app review prompts</li>
</ul>
<p>We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable.</p>
<h2>7. Data Retention</h2>
<p>
Information stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the App.
Questions sent to Asana AI may be processed temporarily by our service providers to deliver responses.
We retain support communications only as long as necessary to resolve your request and meet legal obligations.

<h2>8. Children’s Privacy</h2>
<p>
Yoga Mate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

<h2>9. Your Choices and Rights</h2>
<p>Depending on your location, you may have rights to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you.</li>
<li>Withdraw consent for optional features such as notifications or calendar access.</li>
<li>Request information about how your data is used.</li>
</ul>
<p>
Because much of your data is stored locally, deleting app data or uninstalling the App is often the fastest way to remove it.

<h2>10. Data Security</h2>

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you use the App from outside your home country, your information may be processed in countries where we or our
service providers operate. By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred across borders.

<h2>12. Terms of Use (EULA)</h2>

Use of the Application is also governed by our <strong>Terms & Conditions</strong>. The same HTTPS

listing applies to your use of <strong>Yoga Mate</strong>.
