HUBRION LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Step App mobile application (the "Application"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Application. Please read this policy carefully. 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Health and Fitness Data (Apple Health / HealthKit)

With your explicit permission, the Application accesses the following health and fitness data from Apple HealthKit:

Steps – Daily and cumulative step count
Active Energy Burned – Calories burned during physical activity
Basal Energy Burned – Resting metabolic rate calories
Distance Walking / Running – Distance covered on foot
Flights Climbed – Number of floors climbed
Workout – Workout session types, duration, and metadata
Walking Speed – Average walking pace

This data is used solely to provide core features of the Application, such as displaying your activity summaries, progress tracking, and fitness insights.

1.2 Device Information

We may automatically collect certain information about the device you use to access the Application, including device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

1.3 Usage Data

We may collect information about how you interact with the Application, including features accessed, screens viewed, time spent, and actions taken within the app. This is collected via Firebase Analytics (see Section 4).

1.4 Crash and Diagnostic Data

If the Application crashes or encounters an error, diagnostic information such as error logs, stack traces, and device state at the time of the crash may be collected via Firebase Crashlytics (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Application and its features
Display your personal health and fitness data within the Application
Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and app crashes
Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the Application. We do not sell, share, or transfer your HealthKit data to third parties for any commercial purpose.

3. Apple HealthKit Data Policy

Our use of Apple HealthKit data complies with the Apple HealthKit guidelines and the App Store Review Guidelines. Specifically:

HealthKit data is used only to provide health and fitness features directly within the Application.
HealthKit data is never used for advertising or user profiling.
HealthKit data is never shared with third-party analytics providers, advertisers, or data brokers.
HealthKit data is never sold or transferred for any commercial purpose.
Access to HealthKit requires your explicit permission, which you may grant or revoke at any time through your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.

You may revoke HealthKit permissions at any time. Revoking access will limit certain features of the Application but will not delete previously stored data within Apple Health.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services have their own privacy policies governing the use of your information:

Note: Health and fitness data collected from Apple HealthKit is never shared with Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or any other third-party service.

Your health and fitness data is processed locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Usage and diagnostic data collected via Firebase services is stored on Google's servers and is subject to Google's data protection practices.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain usage and diagnostic data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 10.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
