This Privacy Policy describes how HUBRION LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SplitBlink – Expense Splitter & Group Finance Manager mobile application (the “Application”). By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You can read this policy without signing in. Related legal documents: our Terms & Conditions (EULA) and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA for App Store apps).
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following types of information when you use the Application:

- Expenses, groups, balances, settlements, notes, and transaction details you create within the Application
- Group member names, email addresses, and payment participation details
- Currency preferences and notification settings

- App usage data (features used, session duration, crash reports)

- We do not collect or store your payment card details directly
2. How we use your information

3. Data storage & security
Your expense data, groups, balances, and personal information created within the Application may be stored securely on your device and/or cloud servers used to provide synchronization features.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
4. Third-party services

6. Subscriptions & billing data
All subscription billing is handled entirely by Apple’s App Store and/or Google Play.
HUBRION LIMITED does not collect or store your credit card or payment information. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status and transaction identifiers to verify your access to premium features.

7. Notifications & permissions
The Application may request the following device permissions to function properly:
- Notifications: To deliver expense reminders, settlement alerts, payment updates, and group activity notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
- Internet access: To sync expenses, balances, and group data across devices.
- Local storage: To save app preferences, cached data, and offline expense records.
You can revoke permissions at any time through your device’s Settings app. Revoking certain permissions may affect the functionality of the Application.
8. Children’s privacy
The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@dynamicappswithmonjila.xyz and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Analytical and diagnostic data collected by Firebase may be retained according to Google’s retention policies.

The Application may contain links to external websites or services. Those third-party sites have their own privacy policies, and we have no responsibility or liability for their content or practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
12. Changes to this privacy policy
HUBRION LIMITED may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Use of the Application is also governed by our Terms & Conditions.
