This Privacy Policy describes how HUBRION LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Mindexa mobile application (the "Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use. Related documents may also include platform terms (for example, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement for App Store distribution).

2. What Mindexa does
Mindexa is a focus and digital wellbeing app. Depending on your device and the permissions you grant, it may help you run focus sessions, view screen-time style insights, block or limit distracting apps, manage sleep schedules, handle urgent calls during focus, and store session notes or related statistics on your device. Features vary between Android and iOS because of platform capabilities.
3. Information we collect
a) Information you provide
- Focus session notes and optional questions you enter about those notes.
- Apps and sites you choose to block or limit during focus or sleep modes.
- Scheduled focus blocks and related preferences you configure in the app.
- Urgent contacts you select so certain callers may reach you during focus (where supported).
- Notification preferences (for example, focus reminders, daily summary, goal alerts, streak milestones, sleep reminders) when you change them in Settings.
- Onboarding choices such as age range and self-reported screen-time habits, used to personalize projections and reports shown in the app.
- Support messages if you contact us by email.
b) Information collected automatically or from your device
- App usage and screen-time data (for example, which apps are in the foreground, session duration, interruptions) when you grant Usage Access / Screen Time–style permissions.
- Installed applications metadata such as app names, package identifiers, and icons, to let you pick apps to block and to display usage or "culprit" reports.
- Focus session records stored locally, including start/end times, status, time in allowed vs. other apps, screen-on time, labels, notes, and AI-generated summaries where you use that feature.
- Interruption logs (for example, which apps opened during a session and for how long).
- Sleep schedule and sleep-mode state, including history entries you generate in the app.
- Call-related signals on Android where permitted (for example, incoming call state) to support urgent-contact and call-handling features.
- Notification content or metadata processed by the notification listener service on Android when enabled, to mute or block notifications from selected apps during focus or sleep.
- Device and app technical data such as operating system version, device model, and app version, needed to operate and troubleshoot the Application.
- Network data such as IP address when your device communicates with our or third-party services (see Section 6).
c) Information we do not require for basic use
Mindexa does not require you to create an account to use core features described in the app today. Settings such as Profile, Backup & restore, or Delete account may be shown in the interface; if those features are not yet available, no account data is collected for them until we enable them and update this policy.
d) Purchase information
If we offer paid features (for example, "Pro" or subscriptions), purchases are processed by Apple's App Store and/or Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive product identifiers, subscription status, and transaction references from the store to unlock features.
4. Sensitive permissions
Mindexa may request powerful device permissions. You can deny or revoke them in system settings; some features will not work without them.
- Usage access / Screen Time (iOS): measure app usage and support wellbeing reports.
- Accessibility service (Android): detect foreground apps and enforce app blocking during focus.
- Display over other apps / overlay (Android): show blocking or "app wall" screens.
- Notification access (Android): suppress notifications from blocked apps during focus or sleep.
- Do Not Disturb (where supported): silence alerts during sessions.
- Contacts (optional): let you pick urgent contacts; contact names and phone numbers may be stored on-device and passed to native focus logic.
- Phone / call permissions (Android, where used): allow urgent callers through or manage call state during focus.
- Notifications: local reminders and session alerts you opt into.
- Internet: optional cloud features (for example, AI note summaries) and font delivery.
5. How we use your information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve Mindexa and its focus, blocking, sleep, and reporting features.
- Store session history, stats, calendars, and wellbeing reports on your device.
- Enforce the app and site blocking choices you configure.
- Generate optional AI summaries or answers about your session notes when you use that feature.
- Send local notifications according to your settings.
- Respond to support requests and protect our legal rights.
- Comply with applicable law.
6. Where data is stored
On your device: Most Mindexa data (sessions, interruption logs, blocked-app lists, sleep schedules, preferences, cached app icons, and similar items) is stored locally using on-device storage (for example, SQLite and platform shared preferences). Uninstalling the Application generally removes this local data unless your operating system retains backups.
Off your device: Certain features send limited data to third parties, as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Third-party services
The Application may use third-party providers that process data under their own privacy policies. Main categories include:

We are not responsible for independent third-party practices. We encourage you to review their policies. We do not currently integrate Firebase Analytics, Google Ads, or similar advertising SDKs in the Application build reviewed for this policy; if that changes, we will update this document.
8. Sharing of information
We may share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate the Application (for example, AI processing), under appropriate safeguards.
- When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy or notice to you.
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of HUBRION LIMITED, users, or others.
9. AI features
Optional AI features send text you provide (such as session notes) to a third-party model provider to produce summaries or short answers. Output is shown in the app and may be stored locally with your session. AI output may be inaccurate; do not rely on it for medical, legal, or emergency decisions.
10. Children's privacy
Mindexa is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact contact@hubrion.com and we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can:
- Revoke permissions in device Settings.
- Delete local session data within the app where controls exist, or uninstall the Application.
- Contact us at contact@hubrion.com for privacy requests.
- Use platform controls for tracking or ads where applicable.
12. Data retention
Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall Mindexa. Data sent to third-party AI or font providers is retained according to those providers' policies. We retain correspondence with you for as long as needed to handle inquiries and legal obligations.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. International transfers
If you use Mindexa outside the United Kingdom, your information may be processed in the UK or in countries where our service providers operate. We take steps required by applicable law for such transfers.
15. Links and external sites
The Application may open external links (for example, this policy in a browser). Third-party sites have their own privacy practices; we are not responsible for them.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where law requires additional consent.
17. Terms of use
Use of Mindexa is also governed by our Terms of Use. App Store distribution may additionally be subject to Apple's standard EULA: Apple Licensed Application EULA.
